What exactly does a recruiter do? Recruiters work as a bridge between candidates and the hiring manager. They help with job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interview with hiring manager, and sending offer letter, etc. I am wondering which of these activities take the most time? Do recruiters or hiring managers spend a lot of time screening candidates? Can this be done by an AI. Well, there are several tools out there to do resume screening, I am assuming most of them are keyword based, probably a few are AI based. But, none of these tools perform an interactive video interview via an AI. This 1:1 call is often done by the recruiter or the hiring manager.
